Web Report

The National Deaf Children's Society is committed to upholding the highest standards of conduct and ethics in all areas of its work.

If you have serious concerns about anything that you believe violates or breaches its policies or code of conduct we encourage you to come forward and voice those concerns in a safe and secure manner. In raising a concern it can help the charity in providing an early warning of instances such as malpractice, misconduct, health and safety breaches, fraud and many other forms of wrongdoing.

You have the right to raise concerns in the knowledge that they will be taken seriously, confidentially and investigated appropriately.

However, if you wish to raise concerns to an independent organisation you can do so here through AAB, an external and independent global whistleblowing service.

Concerns that you raise will be passed to senior officers within your organisation to consider and investigate. Your personal details, such as your name and contact information will not be shared with your employer unless you provide SeeHearSpeakUp with your consent to share your details.

The ways to report a concern:

  • Call SeeHearSpeakUp call handlers on 0800 056 2539 using your interpreter or the VRS button on the National Deaf Children Society website. The confidential reporting hotline is operated 365 days a year, 24 hours a day. All call handlers are professionally trained and qualified to ensure that you are dealt with in a professional and confidential manner.
  • Email your concerns to AAB at report@aabpeople.global . When emailing please state National Deaf Children's Society in the subject header.
  • Report online using the reporting form below.
  • If you choose to submit a report online, once you complete your report you will be assigned a unique Personal Identification Number (PIN). In the event you wish to add further information to your report you will be asked to provide this PIN number.
